Objective of the Role Ensure the day-to-day operations for all bars and associated areas/functions are carried out in line with property and the Group standards Main Duties: To ensure all customers receive a genuine, warm, friendly, courteous welcome on arrival and during their experience in the property.
To ensure our obligations under licensing legislation are appropriately met and delivered professionally.
