This role will report to the Engineering Manager.Key Responsibilities:Manage engineering stores, stock control, and purchasingEnsure critical spares availability and minimize downtimeControl and optimize budget spendLead continuous improvement in stores management and purchasingMaintain accurate stock records and data entryNegotiate with suppliers for cost-effective solutionsImplement and maintain 5S and safety standards in stores areaCollaborate with internal stakeholders to support engineering operationsManage and develop stores assistantRequired Qualifications:Proven experience in stores/warehouse management, preferably in engineeringStrong purchasing and negotiation skillsBudget management experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in CMMS and data management systemsKey Performance Measures:Budget adherenceCost savings and avoidance initiativesStock management efficiencySupplier management5S and safety compliancePersonal Competencies:Resilience and solution-driven approachEffective communication and influence skillsCustomer focus and team orientationProactive and results-oriented
