Salary: €30,000 - €32,000 Location: Co. Kerry We are hiring for our client, a property in Co. Kerry, seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Breakfast Chef.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for preparing fresh, high-quality breakfasts and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to a high standard, ensuring consistency in presentation and quality.
Manage the breakfast service, ensuring timely preparation and delivery of meals to guests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients as needed.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth handover for lunch service.
Assist with any additional prep work required for other meal services when needed.
Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and report any issues to the Head Chef.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar role within a high-end or luxury property.
Strong knowledge of breakfast preparation techniques and ingredients.
Ability to work independently and efficiently, with excellent time management.
A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality meals.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Ability to work early mornings and weekends as required.
