We are seeking a driven Regional Marketing Specialist in Europe. This role is ideal for someone who excels in fast-paced environments and is passionate about marketing success. You will develop and execute omnichannel campaigns that engage our target audience and drive sales team demand. Your analytical thinking and focus will guide you in aligning marketing efforts with business objectives.
You will work closely with sales and cross-functional teams, building strong relationships and ensuring campaigns meet strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning in European markets.
* Create a regional annual marketing plan with clear quarterly goals to translate strategic objectives into tactical campaigns.
* Develop and execute omnichannel campaigns, crafting compelling copy and collaborating with channel specialists to ensure alignment.
* Create project proposals, campaign briefs, and post-campaign evaluation reports to guide execution and support continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with sales stakeholders to build and execute an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) program.
* Foster strong relationships with sales teams and integrate their feedback to ensure campaigns align with sales processes.
* Create and optimize audience lists using database insights and apply effective segmentation techniques.
* Coordinate direct mail campaigns and maintain the regional event calendar.
* Attend and measure the success of trade shows, conferences, and events.
What You Bring:
* 3-5 years of experience as a Regional Marketing Specialist or in a similar B2B marketing role, with a strong understanding of demand generation and marketing best practices.
* Proficiency in marketing automation software and CRM tools, with analytical skills to make informed decisions.
* Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills, coupled with a drive to deliver excellence.
* A proactive mindset, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize high-priority objectives.
* Curiosity to learn about new markets and problem-solving persistence to tackle challenges.
* Adaptability and innovation, capable of adjusting strategies as needed and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
