Site Manager (Social Housing) Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple social housing projects in County Down. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing construction sites, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and to required specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple social housing projects
* Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
* Ensure smooth project delivery and timely completion
* Liaise with all levels of management
* Conduct risk assessments and adhere to construction drawings
Requirements:
* Relevant site experience as a Site Manager
* Effective communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Knowledge of Health & Safety
* Minimum 3 years' experience in social housing or residential projects
