Administrative Support Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to provide essential support to our team in Dublin.
As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing calendar scheduling, coordinating meetings, and assisting with event logistics. You will also handle resource management, including office supplies and hardware, and support onboarding processes for new hires.
Your role will include:
* Calendar Management and Meeting Logistics: Preparing meeting settings, booking rooms, troubleshooting virtual settings, and providing food.
* Event Coordination and Logistics: Supporting team experience activities and assisting with execution of event logistics under the direction of senior colleagues.
* Resource Management (Hardware/Supply Management, Purchase/Expense Management Financial Management): Proactively managing supply inventories and learning discretionary budgeting and company finance policies.
* Space Management and Planning: Assisting with team space move logistics as necessary.
* Team Management Support (Headcount Management, Recruitment, Onboarding/Offboarding): Providing onboarding support for new employees, vendors, and interns under the direction of senior team members.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* An Associate's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
* 1+ year(s) of administrative, business support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events and basic administration work.
* Experience using Microsoft Office Tools.
