DescriptionThe Aviation Noise & Flight Tracking Coordinator supports the Aviation Noise Operations Manager and the wider noise team through daily management of aircraft noise complaints and detailed analysis of noise and flight track keeping adherence. This role will primarily investigate and respond to complaints and enhance the response time and content quality of written responses to queries and complaints regarding airport operations and noise.Responsibilities
Manage noise complaints and reply to complainants in a timely manner.
Prepare and circulate aircraft noise and complaint information and reports to internal stakeholders.
Update noise complaint database, ensuring the relevant stakeholders are updated on any emerging/existing trends.
Maintain and monitor flight tracks (noise preferential routes) and profiles using the Noise and Flight Track Monitoring System (NFTMS-ANOMS).
Monitor and record flight track deviations and non-adherence.
Coordinate and maintain data relating to aircraft track keeping and noise.
Assist in compiling the Monthly and Quarterly reports.
Assist in the generation of flight track maps and other noise and track analysis when required.
Ensuring that the NFTMS and local database are kept updated and operational to provide optimum information in partnership with ANOMS Service Provider and other team members.
Provide business/administrative support to assist in compliance with Dublin Airport Noise Regulation Act 2019 and other relevant regulations and governance requirements.
Actively work to identify operational noise continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide business/administrative support to assist in compliance with airline customers, ANSP and regulator on aircraft noise issues.
Support continued compliance with ICAO Balanced Approach to Noise.
Heightening the awareness of the noise abatement procedures / legislation among airlines, ATC, the daa and other airport users.
Support the management of noise monitoring programme with stakeholders.
QualificationsKnowledge & Education
Diploma level in Analytics, Data Management or other relevant discipline.
Broad technical understanding of airport operations would be advantageous.
Experience in airport operations, environmental science or similar.
1+ year overall experience in an administrative role, or with demonstratable experience working on specialist systems.
Experience and Skills
Experience working with complex datasets and interpreting results.
Ability to analyse, evaluate and prioritise situations.
Proven ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail including scheduling, planning and time management.
Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

Practical, logical aptitude for work scheduling.
Strong IT and MS Office skills.
Possess a strong understanding of GDPR regulations and ensure compliance in all data handling and processing activities.
Experience in using any data management with Excel or Power BI/graphics packages is an advantage.
