Order Management Specialist - SAP & Salesforce, European Market (12-Month Contract)
This role involves utilizing SAP and Salesforce to process orders, manage customer accounts, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Credit & Collections. If you excel in a fast-paced environment and possess strong SAP order processing and customer service skills, this 12-month contract is an excellent opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
* SAP Order Processing: Accurately process customer purchase orders via email, fax, and partner portals within SAP.
* Salesforce Case Management: Create and update Salesforce cases for customer master data changes.
* Order Validation: Verify pricing, product availability, and lead times, ensuring adherence to company booking policies.
* Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries regarding order status, product availability, and lead times.
* Backlog Management: Proactively manage order backlogs, prioritizing orders and ensuring revenue recognition compliance.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, and Credit & Collections to resolve order-related issues.
* Returns & Credit Processing: Efficiently process customer returns and credit note requests.
* Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely, effective solutions.
* SAP Training: Complete SAP self-training modules as required.
* Complaint Handling: Log customer complaints (CCARs) within SAP.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Required:
* 1-2 years of experience in Order Management or Customer Service within a high-tech environment.
* Proven proficiency in SAP order processing and Salesforce.
* Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes and revenue recognition.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Desired:
* Fluency in French, Spanish, or another European language.
* Experience with customer master data management.
