About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with strong sourcing expertise to help scale our growing team. As a key member of our People team, you will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier technical talent. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment and contribute to a company transforming healthcare technology.
What You'll Do:
* Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent across engineering, data science, product, and IT.
* Own the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing and screening to negotiating offers and onboarding.
* Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and build tailored recruitment plans.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, research, and outreach.
* Prioritize diversity and inclusion sourcing strategies to ensure a broad and representative talent pool.
* Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback.
* Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and optimize processes.
About You:
* 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a strong focus on sourcing and talent pipeline development.
* Proven success in filling technical roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
* Start-up/scale-up experience required.
* Strong stakeholder management skills with a consultative approach.
* Expertise in sourcing strategies, including Boolean search and social media outreach.
* Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred), LinkedIn, and Gem is a plus.
* Recruiting agency experience is a plus.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
* Passion for technology and a solid understanding of technical roles and industry trends.
This is an initial 6-month contract with a strong likelihood of becoming permanent.
