Material Supply Planner
We are seeking a highly skilled Material Supply Planner to join our Procurement team at the cutting edge of Medical Device Manufacturing. This role will support the business in areas including part delivery, inventory, cost and logistics.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain data integrity programs ensuring accurate information, reports, and actions from SAP and derivative reports.
* Responsible for Material Availability and Can-Build Analysis reporting to advance material supply to Production.
* Promote 'Lean Supply' methods & VMI programs to minimize inventory levels while assuring continuity of supply through planning and inbound logistics optimization.
* Drive initiatives to reduce overall raw material stock holding to support site inventory targets through analysis and reporting.
* Manage Engineering Change to optimize design cut-in, minimizing obsolescence, and maintaining supply continuity. Key interface with both Procurement and Engineering.
* Provide analysis and information to support obsolescence and Last-Time-Buy (LTB) decisions.
* Maintain planning parameters and BoM structures to ensure accuracy and integrity of MRP execution to support material supply programs.
Requirements:
* Working knowledge of Planning, Logistics & Procurement Tools, Processes, and Reporting Techniques.
* Planning and analytical skills with high attention to detail and process-oriented approach to work.
* Numeracy skills with accurate data analysis and reporting. Ability to collate and analyze large amounts of data in a methodical and structured manner. Advanced Excel user.
* Ability to work on own initiative with problem-solving skills and decision-making ability.
* SAP Planning and Purchasing experience highly desirable.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline (QQI level 8).
* Minimum of 3 relevant experiences within a Planning, Logistics or Procurement function, preferably in an electro-mechanical manufacturing environment.
* Experience of working with Material Planning & Control Systems covering BoM structures, Engineering Change Management, Master Production Scheduling, Planning Master Data Management, Schedule-based replenishment models, 'Lean Supply' methods, and Logistics supply models.
Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum
