Job Title: Reconciliation and Credit Control Administrator
C REGG is delighted to be recruiting a Reconciliation and Credit Control Administrator to join a busy finance team.
About the Role:
This is a full-time, 12-month contract position that requires the candidate to be based on-site at our Ennis, Co. Clare location.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reconcile incoming group payments and liaise with group contacts to rectify any discrepancies.
* Liaise with individual policyholders to rectify discrepancies and update their status.
* Update group details, generate monthly invoices, and maintain and update group priority checklists.
* Generate and maintain the Top 30 groups report.
* Answer incoming calls and email queries within the required Service Level Agreement (SLA).
* Maintain and promote good working relationships with group contacts.
* Support claims by running premium checks for claims that fall within the check criteria, amending and updating bank details for policyholders, and releasing Proviso policies.
* Undertake other general clerical duties as directed.
Requirements:
* Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
* Strong numerical and analytical skills.
* Strong telephone communication skills are essential.
* Proficient in Excel and all MS packages.
* A team player with an ability to build internal and external relationships.
* A quick thinker with problem-solving skills.
* Good time-management skills.
