Role Requirements
1. Minimum of 2 years in a similar role or looking to step up to a more senior role.
2. Motivate, train, encourage, and develop the junior members of the culinary team.
3. Lead and manage the kitchen in the absence of the head chef, maintaining the same standards.
4. Manage ordering, working with current systems to minimize waste and improve GP.
5. Experience in a 5-star hotel or Michelin recommended restaurant is preferable.
