Our semi-state client in Dublin city centre have an exciting opportunity for a HR Generalist, for a 3 month contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting management and staff on all HR related matters including contracts, performance management, resource management, employee relations and recruitment.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED: Coach and advise managers on any ER related issues Management of performance management processes Support recruitment processes Provide advice on reward related queries HR reporting and analysis Responsible for answering employee queries, providing timely advice and supporting on HR processes Responsible for onboarding of new joiners, movers and leavers Ensuring compliance with data management in the HR System, ensuring accuracy.
Processing of payroll inputs and interactions with the payroll team EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 3+ years' HR Generalist experience HR or related qualification Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Experience of MS Word & Excel and HRIS A good working knowledge of Irish Employment Law For further information please contact Maryclaire Booth – or
