Act as mediator between buyers and sellers, using step-based resolutions, that are not conclusive on every callSupporting our members in finding answers to their buying, selling, and account related questions. Review appeals where sellers or buyers are appealing eBay case decisions, or feedback. Make and deliver decisions that may negatively impact one party.
