IT Support Technician
Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
* Manage Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) platforms, adhering to SLAs.
* Provide IT support for Microsoft business applications and operating systems.
* Maintain IT documentation and inventory.
* Communicate with customers to ensure they are updated on incident progress and system changes.
* Work with the Managed Services Team to resolve tickets promptly, escalating where needed.
Requirements:
* Experience with Workstations, Servers, Routers, Firewalls, and LAN/WAN connectivity.
* Knowledge of IT support tools and monitoring systems.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* A degree in Computer Systems & Networking or equivalent experience.
* Microsoft Certification (preferred but not essential).
