Job Details: Corporate Finance Executive
We are expanding our Corporate Finance Team across Ireland and the UK, providing a range of corporate finance and strategy advisory services to clients across various sectors.
* Assist with preparing detailed forecasts and business plans.
* Attend meetings with team members liaising with potential funders, clients, and business owners.
* Attend business development and networking meetings or events.
* Review businesses for sale and match them to clients who may be interested.
* Research multiples/PE ratios for valuations and in the early stage of disposals, with a view to developing businesses for disposal/MBO process.
* Prepare valuation reports.
Key Requirements:
* ACCA or ACA qualified, or other relevant qualification coupled with 1-2 years experience in a corporate finance team.
* Confident in front of clients and others more senior than you and not afraid to challenge where necessary.
* Relentless in problem solving, providing solutions in a timely and thorough manner.
* Able to juggle multiple jobs while demonstrating excellent time management skills to ensure all deadlines and expectations are met.
