About the Role:
* Act as the primary point of contact for the Executives, managing their diaries and coordinating internal and external meetings, hospitality events, email inboxes, and business travel arrangements.
* Process expenses, coordinate group travel itineraries, and provide absence cover for the Dublin Administration & Facilities team as required.
* Contribute to enhancing client experience, adhering to the company's core principles, and supporting various projects assigned by the reporting manager.
About You:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial industry, with exceptional organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Capable of handling diverse tasks, prioritising efficiently, and maintaining confidentiality while demonstrating initiative.
* An ability to build strong relationships at all levels and contribute strategically to the improvement of client experience.
