Personal Assistant to CEO
Seek a dynamic role as Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, providing high-level administrative and strategic support. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, manage key projects, and coordinate high-profile meetings and events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and prioritize the Chief Executive Officer's diary, meetings, and briefing materials.
* Track and manage key actions on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer.
* Prepare reports on company initiatives, including Key Results Indicators (KRIs).
* Support Board and Executive Team meetings—agenda prep, minute-taking, and follow-ups.
* Keep Board members and investors updated on company matters.
* Organise key events such as Annual General Meetings (AGMs), strategy days, and staff workshops.
* Handle Chief Executive Officer correspondence, draft communications, and manage administrative tasks.
* Maintain effective filing and data storage systems.
* Manage global meetings and events for the Chief Executive Officer.
Requirements:
* Experience of providing high-level administrative support in a senior role.
* Experience of providing support to a Board of Directors or similar high-level committee.
* Ability to convey information to people clearly and simply.
* Ability to forward plan and manage a complex and busy diary.
* Excellent administrative skills including the ability to identify priorities and develop and maintain appropriate systems to meet them.
