Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Operations we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all end-to-end projects for the business. Areas that the Project Manager will oversee projects are all areas of the Manufacturing facility. These areas include, Production, Health and Safety, Quality, Engineering and Technical. The Project Manager will also be responsible for all Capital Expenditure projects for the business.

Skills
•Manage the design, review, site acceptance, and installation of equipment.
•Responsible for preparation and presentation of project status reports.
•Recommend and manage implementation of appropriate corrective/preventative actions for existing equipment and manufacturing processes.
•Self-starter who is willing to work through ambiguity and take initiative to drive complex projects.
•Strong project / program management skills with experience using process improvement and/or project management methodologies.
•Proven expertise in working with MS Office Tools particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
•Extremely strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of management.
•Detail oriented and well organised and able to manage multiple projects to completion at one time

•Ability to proactively identify potential problems, identify solutions, evaluate these, and implement them in a timely manner.

•Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, conducting regular inspections and promoting a culture of safety among staff.

•Identify areas for process optimization and implement measures to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
Communication
•Maintain open communication channels with other departments, providing regular updates on projects.
Training and Development
•Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in project management, Engineering, Business Management, or related field (preferred).
•Previous experience of 3+ years in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
•Capable in negotiating costs with suppliers and contractors and ensuring that projects are completed within agreed timeframes and budget.
•Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.
•Proven track record of completing projects effectively and driving process improvements.
•Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems and AutoCAD.
