Champion the continuous evolution of ARI into a more data-centric organisation, leveraging insights to inform strategic decisions.
Generate unparalleled industry, location, and passenger insights using both existing datasets and bespoke research methodologies.
Support the Global Research & Insights Manager on comprehensive research projects, from inception through to the delivery of actionable findings and the presentation of final reports.
Convert insights into actionable plans within each location, aiming to boost revenue and elevate the customer experience.
Oversee the customer satisfaction tracking programme, ensuring continuous insight and recommendations for improvement in customer experiences.
Provide up-to-date, trend-aware primary and secondary research relevant to ARI’s strategic objectives.
Provide category-specific macro, consumer, and shopper insights tailored to each location, driving localised strategy development.
Assume budget responsibility for all data and research-related activities.
Offer strategic support to business development leads by delivering passenger and category insights for tender submissions.
Manage relationships with external data research agencies to maximise both efficiency and effectiveness of research outputs.
Qualifications
Bachelors or master’s degree in Marketing or similar discipline preferred/or relevant work experience
3 - 5 + years of experience in market research with experience in both qualitative and quantitative methods
Strong analytical and numerical skills with high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work
Ability to translate data outputs into compelling insights and arguments.
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing information needs of the business
Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills with the confidence and ability to communicate at all levels within the business and to key partners
