Job Title: Site Engineer/Site Manager
A highly skilled and motivated Site Engineer/Site Manager is required to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage site operations to ensure smooth execution of projects.
* Technical Oversight: Interpret drawings, specifications, and project documentation to provide guidance on construction processes.
* Team Leadership: Supervise site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient and productive site operations.
* Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain high standards of workmanship, addressing any non-conformance issues promptly.
* Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
* Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
* Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues on-site to minimize disruptions and maintain progress.
* Reporting: Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports, site diaries, and any necessary documentation.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in site management or engineering roles, preferably within residential.
* Proficiency in using construction management software, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
* Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certifications.
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
