Job Description:
In the Professional Products Division, our mission is to support hairdressers and develop the hair industry sustainably, while benefiting all. You will work in partnership with salon accounts to ensure the development of the salon’s business through a combination of sales and education. You will manage an account base of existing and competitor salons, building long term relationships and executing the commercial plans of the division in order to achieve and exceed defined revenue, growth, promotional and distribution objectives.
1. Establishing and implementing business plans, solutions and carrying out regular business reviews, identifying client needs.
2. Execute a structured salon contact plan, integrating the e-visit, blended selling and online/offline Route to Market strategy.
3. Establish and deliver education plans in all accounts, ensuring the highest expertise of salon staff in using and recommending products and services.
4. Provide in-salon training in partnership with Education teams.
5. Deliver exceptional digital and face to face education sessions, to support the growth of our customer base.
6. Execute the regional conquest strategy focusing on winning specific targeted doors.
7. Promote and leverage all the business support available including L’Oreal Partner shop, Salon Emotion and Access.
8. Originate, agree and implement promotional and marketing activity designed to generate sales growth.
9. Identify opportunities for increasing business through salon and stylist centricity.
10. Work on key strategic projects to increase brand awareness.
11. Ensure customer files are maintained and complete all required administration in a timely and accurate manner.
12. Accurately forecast territory turnover and build comprehensive risk plans.
13. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the market and customers.
14. Obtain payment in line with company credit terms.
15. Achieve targets for event occupancy within all education project offerings.

You have:
* A NVQ Level as a minimum qualification and experience of teaching, educating, coaching or assessing hairdressers.
* Extensive knowledge and experience of colour.
* Experience of building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Strong influencing skills.
