The Role: If you are an experienced, highly motivated, driven Sales Account Manager with a genuine passion for luxury fashion and brands, then this could be the perfect next opportunity for you! We are looking for individuals with a proven track record in both managing & growing existing accounts and building relationships with potential new accounts to sell a range of premium, high-end eyewear frames into an account base of independent opticians and larger chains/groups throughout the Republic of Ireland. Focused on brand development, you will work closely with your account base championing a selection of the brands within the company's portfolio, looking to introduce new lines that aren't currently stocked, and presenting new collections to them to ensure that their product range is up to date with seasonal trends. In addition you will be responsible for training the staff on how to sell the products, get them excited to talk about the products to their client base, negotiate effective product placement and promote the use of POS materials. This is a field based role which will see you regularly out and about with your account base. When you aren't out in front of clients you will be based from home, reaching out to existing and potential new accounts via phone calls, Teams, email and social platforms. Requirements: Field sales and territory management experience is essential in a B2B environment Experience selling to opticians is highly desirable An FMCG background would be highly advantageous You must be well presented, articulate and enthusiastic This role involves a high and realistic OTE so you must be motivated by the opportunity to earn well.
