The principal duty of the lead agency involves overseeing and executing the government's strategies. With offices across the country and an excellent office in Co. Mayo.
This role will be for an initial 6 months with the option to extend up to 12 months with extensions up to 30 months.
Your new role
The selected individual will collaborate with the finance team, offering various forms of assistance to both the finance department and the internal operations.
Their responsibilities will include:
1. Supporting accounts payable by processing supplier invoices and payments, reconciling creditor statements, and aiding staff with procurement enquiries and the issuance of purchase orders.
2. Assisting in the verification and processing of Staff Travel and Subsistence payments in alignment with established policies and procedures.
3. Contributing to the upkeep of the Travel Desk.
