We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our client's team in Dublin.
This role involves providing Level 2 support for various IT issues, ensuring smooth operations and prompt resolution of technical challenges. If you're passionate about problem-solving and eager to work in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
IT Support Analyst Responsibilities:
* Provide Level 2 support for desktop, network, and software issues.
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems.
* Assist with the setup and maintenance of IT equipment and peripherals.
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control in Active Directory.
* Collaborate with Level 3 support teams for escalated issues.
Candidate Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in an IT Support role.
* Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory.
* Experience with remote support tools and techniques.
* Familiarity with network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
