Director of Education
The Institute is the leading professional body for Accounting Technicians and Accounting Technologists, with over 10,000 members and students on the island of Ireland.
We are responsible for developing and enhancing qualifications in an all-island and international setting, as well as planning, developing and implementing commercial strategies to support business development and new products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Curriculum: Providing effective curricula that provide a measurable plan and structure for delivering quality ATI further and higher education & lifelong learning.
* Apprenticeship: Providing further and higher education technician and technologist apprenticeships.
* Programme Management: Managing ATIs programmes, student supports and services on an all-island basis and providing excellent educator advice & in-service training.
* Recognition: Ensuring ATIs QQI, SOLAS & HEA regulatory compliance and managing and continuous improving of ATIs Quality Assurance Systems (QAS), policies, processes, and procedures.
* Assessment: Implementing ATIs annual Assessment strategy, operational management of its online assessment delivery and continuous improvements.
Person Specification:
* Extensive experience in Higher Education or equivalent.
* Strong Commercial acumen at senior levels.
* Proven ability leading, managing, and developing teams.
* Post-Graduate qualified or equivalent professional qualification.

* Outstanding engagement and communication skills.
* Strong self-awareness and evidence of dedication to personal development and improvement.
