We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Chef De Partie (CDP) to join the culinary team at a luxurious property in Co. Kerry .
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced chef to work in a dynamic, high-end hospitality environment, delivering exceptional dining experiences.
As Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for running a section of the kitchen and working closely with the Head Chef to ensure the highest standards of food preparation and service.
Key Responsibilities: Manage your own section in the kitchen, ensuring high-quality preparation and presentation.
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the daily kitchen operations.
Ensure that all dishes leaving the kitchen meet the required standards.
Follow food hygiene and health and safety regulations.
Assist in menu development and maintaining kitchen efficiency.
Maintain stock levels and ensure proper storage of food ingredients.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, promoting a positive team environment.
Requirements Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role.
Excellent culinary skills and a passion for high-end cuisine.
Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
A culinary qualification would be an advantage but is not essential.
