Service Advisor Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the key liaison between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience.
* Handle multiple tasks efficiently, prioritise workload, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Work closely with workshop technicians and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service operations.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in the motor industry, ideally in a service advisor role or a customer-facing automotive position.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in a simple and understandable way.
* Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring customer needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
* A full, clean driving licence is essential.
