Research and Evaluation Manager, National Charity
A leading organisation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Research and Evaluation Manager to join an expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of the research and evaluation strategy, making a meaningful impact on the sector.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the delivery of research and evaluation strategy.
2. Develop research and evaluation policies and procedures.
3. Engage in monitoring and evaluation activities.
4. Contribute to the design and development of research and evaluation components in projects.
5. Develop external research partnerships and assess requests from external researchers.
6. Disseminate research findings to various audiences effectively.
Requirements:
1. A PhD in a relevant discipline (e.g., psychology, social science) or a Masters + equivalent experience.
2. Experience working with large datasets and proficiency in data analysis using tools such as the Microsoft Office suite and SPSS.
3. Proven ability to coordinate the delivery of large-scale research projects.
4. 1-2 years of line management experience in a research role.
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to tailor content for multiple audiences.
6. Track record of high-quality dissemination of research findings.
