Financial Reporting Analyst required for Donegal based company. Hybrid. Qualified or part qualified.
Responsibilities:
* Posting of cash receipts
* Preparation of weekly bank reconciliations
* Updating aged debtor receipts’ report
* Preparation of intercompany and third party invoicing
* Monitoring of cash receipts
* Monthly reconciliation of control accounts
* Assisting with financial reporting
* Assisting with preparation of financial statements
* Assisting in audit process
* Assisting with preparation of quarterly Board reports and other financial reporting as required
* Participation in projects to improve processes, reporting and control framework
* Other ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
* Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, AAT) part-qualified or working towards an accountancy qualification
* Degree in Maths or Accounting or equivalent
* Good accounting knowledge, of preparing bank reconciliations and control account reconciliations
* Background in financial services and working to strict deadlines
* Strong systems skills i.e., Oracle, Excel (advanced level), PowerPoint and Word
* Power BI experience desired
