Loan Administrator Job in Dublin 4
We are working with a growing Financial Services Organisation in Dublin City Centre who are seeking to recruit a Loan Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential customers.
* Screen incoming leads for eligibility.
* Record and maintain lead details in the Salesforce CRM.
* Send information packs to potential customers.
* Conduct follow-up calls to assess client interest in proceeding to the appointment.
* Collaborate with Consultants and applicants until the application is completed.
* Manage queries from team inbox.
* Perform data entry and general administrative tasks using the Salesforce CRM.
* Provide administrative support throughout the sales phase of the customer experience.
Requirements
* A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a busy financial services related role.
* A recent graduate with a business/finance related degree.
* APA (Loans) certification is highly desirable.
* Experience in a lender, broker, or other retail financial services company is beneficial but not essential.
* High Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
* Energetic and proactive approach to work.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner.
* Highly organised and detail-oriented.
