Job Description:
Travel Administrator
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing travel and accommodation requests of employees and executives in a timely manner, ensuring seamless project schedules.
Responsibilities:
* Arrange and coordinate flights, rental cars, hotel reservations, and itineraries
* Liaise with travel agencies and companies for bookings and cancellations
* Log and maintain all travel records, spreadsheets, and calendars
* Prepare high-quality monthly travel reports for the payroll team
Requirements:
* Fluent English (written and spoken)
* Previous experience in a travel admin role
* Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously booking various travel arrangements
* Excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen
* Proficiency in MS Office applications
* Awareness of international travel regulations, customs, and currencies
Skill Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications:
* Bulk booking software knowledge
* Familiarity with technologies like IATA, Amadeus, Galileo
