Our client, a successful Irish business, is recruiting for an experienced Executive Assistant/PA to provide high-level support to the Managing Director. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of a close-knit organisation with strong values and a collaborative working culture.
You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the MD, including diary management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and minute-taking. Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Prepare reports and presentations, organise company events, and board meetings. Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with integrity.
Ideal Candidate:
* 6+ years’ experience in industry
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Discretion, loyalty, and professionalism when dealing with confidential matters.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Experience working in a family-owned business or SME environment is advantageous.
