Overall Purpose of the Job
Provide administration support to the operations department
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support to the Department including data entry into software, document production, photocopying and general support
2. Preparation of PowerPoint presentations for meeting when required
3. Produce reports
4. Enter Data (e.g. Training records, inspections) into online systems
5. Scheduling external training
6. Maintaining various files for the department
7. Ensure that all paper work is filed neat and tidy and in the appropriate location.
8. Follow up on all incoming documentation and information to support effective close out of all open / outstanding works
9. Carry out general tasks in Word/Excel.
Person Specification
10. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
11. Understand safe working practices and health and safety legislation
12. Ability to work on his/her own
13. Operations knowledge preferable
14. Well-organised and capable of prioritising own work
15. Flexible, Honest and reliable
16. Efficiency is a prerequisite for the role.
