Job Title: Inside Regional Account Manager - Nordics
We are currently seeking a Swedish or Norwegian speaking Inside Regional Account Manager (Scandinavian Market) for our global IT company in Cork.
Objective:
To drive sales within midsized organisations in Europe by generating revenue directly through outbound calling to new or prospective customers, and through selling new or additional company products to existing customers.
The Responsibilities:
* Primarily serve companies with focused sales efforts
* Work intensively to increase and improve product awareness within assigned territory, through channel partners and direct interaction with prospects and customers
* Collaborate with channel partners to jointly grow revenue and to fulfill customer requirements
* Create and refine a revenue pipeline, and accurately forecast revenue outlook to sales leadership utilizing CRM tools like Salesforce.com
* Develop business plans with sales leadership to drive revenue, also achieving key sales objectives
* Collaborate with internal teams to identify operational or sales projects, and with field sales teams and marketing to manage and develop new business
You Are:
* Fluent in written & spoken English & Swedish or Norwegian or Finnish
* Entrepreneurial, creative, self-driving, and highly motivated
* Good understanding and knowledge of the dynamics of a sales organization
* Organized and able to manage time effectively
* Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
You Have:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in selling software or technology with channel experience
* A proven track record of demonstrating ability to comprehend new technology and to develop sales strategies for increasing sales
* Business or other relevant 3rd level qualification desirable
* Demonstrated ability to execute & deliver results
