Our client is seeking a proactive and organized Office Administrator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a dynamic environment, providing essential administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily office operations, including organizing files, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
* Provide administrative support to team members and assist with various office tasks.
* Maintain and update office databases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.
* Assist with basic bookkeeping and data entry tasks.
* Coordinate meetings and assist with event planning as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and other relevant software.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Must have at least one year of experience in a similar administrative role.
* A valid driver’s license is preferred for potential travel or errands.
Salary: €15 per hour
Hours: Mon-Fri
