About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of employee lifecycle, from attraction and onboarding to ongoing development.
The ideal candidate will have at least 13 years of experience in HR, a recognized third-level qualification in HR Management, and knowledge of employment law.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support payroll administration and manage compensation and benefits plans.
* Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
* Develop and coordinate the delivery of best-in-class HRIS administration.
* Provide support to employees on HR-related topics such as leave, compensation, and resolving any issues.
* Coordinate onboarding programs and organize training and development initiatives.
* Promote HR programs to foster an efficient and inclusive workplace.
* Assist in developing and implementing people policies.
* Handle disciplinary and grievance processes with fairness and consistency.
* Support performance management tasks and initiatives.
Requirements:
* At least 13 years of experience in HR.
* Recognized third-level qualification in HR Management; CIPD certification preferred.
* Knowledge of employment law and proven experience handling employee relations issues.
* Ability to provide HR advice and guidance to management.
* Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
* Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
