Brand Development Manager - Dublin (Full-Time)

The Opportunity:
Are you a passionate and driven brand builder with a knack for forging strong customer relationships? We're seeking a talented Brand Development Manager to join our team in Dublin. In this full-time, remote role, you'll be instrumental in driving the growth of our premium spirits portfolio within key on-premise and off-premise accounts. You'll be the face of our brands, ensuring their availability and visibility, and creating mutually beneficial partnerships with our valued customers.
What You'll Do:
* Drive Commercial Growth: Take ownership of P&L responsibility for key accounts, delivering accelerated growth and maximizing sustainable profit.
* Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with on-premise and off-premise customers, industry professionals, and key stakeholders.
* Execute Brand Strategies: Implement and execute brand strategies across various channels, including on/off-trade, social media, events, and training.
* Activate Brands: Secure prime brand activation opportunities, including menu listings, POS displays, and impactful in-store promotions.
* Lead Training & Samplings: Organize and conduct staff training and consumer samplings to elevate brand knowledge and drive sales.
* Develop Local Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute local marketing campaigns, trade events, and social media initiatives.
* Analyze & Report: Track and report on sales, brand awareness, and customer engagement, providing actionable insights for growth.
* Represent Intrepid: Be an ambassador for Intrepid Spirits at industry events, trade shows, and product launches.
What You Bring:
* Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience in brand management, sales, or business development within the beverage industry, ideally with premium brands.
* On/Off-Trade Expertise: Demonstrated success working with on-premise and off-premise channels.
* Relationship Building Skills: Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry professionals.
* Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
* Communication & Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Independent & Driven: Ability to work independently and remotely, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
* Marketing Savvy: Knowledge of social media and other marketing channels.
