Our client, a leading player in the FMCG sector, is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join their dynamic team.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, high-growth business where supply chain efficiency and procurement excellence drive success. You will work closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and supply chain teams to maintain seamless procurement processes.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Support the Buying team in all aspects of the purchasing process, from order placement to delivery tracking.
* Maintain accurate purchase order records and ensure all data is up to date in internal systems.
* Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details, negotiate pricing, and resolve any issues related to shipments or stock availability.
* Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishments based on sales trends and inventory forecasts.
* Assist in product selection by conducting market research and competitor analysis.
* Prepare reports on sales performance, supplier lead times, and cost efficiencies.
Key Requirements:
* 2+ years experience in a buying, procurement, or merchandising role (retail or FMCG preferred).
* Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is desirable.
* Experience using ERP systems for procurement activities is an advantage.
