Role Overview:
As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. This is a technical sales position that requires a deep understanding of our product, Aerobarrier, and its applications in the construction industry. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and providing exceptional after-sales support.
Responsibilities:
* Business Development: Identify and engage potential customers in the construction market, including builders, contractors, architects, and developers.
* Technical Consultation: Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions using Aerobarrier technology.
* Sales Presentations: Conduct on-site demonstrations, product presentations, and training sessions.
* Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
* Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and opportunities to position Aerobarrier effectively in the Irish market.
* Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a field sales role, ideally within the construction or technical sales sectors.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn and explain complex systems or products.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of managing a territory independently.
* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Ireland.
