Job Description
The successful candidate will support the Operations Manager in scheduling customer installs, managing on the road install teams
The team culture is collaborative, supportive, innovative & entrepreneurial, with colleagues having an unrelenting passion and focus on customer service excellence.
This role is customer facing and the candidate will spend a significant part of their day
speaking directly with customers and internal teams.
Stock control of equipment
Assist the team in building, testing & configuring equipment.
Inventory management, monitoring collections & returns of equipment.
The candidate will work with the management team and a number of contractors in the delivery of these projects
The Operations Support will be part of the drive the Business Operations department helping to drive the business forward.
The successful candidate will is a digital adopter or native, are a people's person who also has a natural curiosity and interest in future technologies within the telecommunications
The successful candidate will value themselves and can demonstrate themselves as someone with strong relationship management skills, a customer service ethic that aligns to our CAN DO culture and are proactive, solutions orientated and a self-starter.

Qualifications
1+ years of relevant experience
IT background would be an advantage.
They must have be efficient in reporting data through Excel (e.g. Pivot tables)
A working knowledge of a CRM system e.g. is Salesforce is an advantage
Digital adopter or native.
Confident and credible communicator, with experience in interacting successfully with a wide range of people in a relationship management / retail environment.
Proven background in delivering an outstanding customer experience, leading with a 'Can
Do' attitude.
Effective interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
Strong organising and planning skills
Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
Proactive, solutions-oriented and a self-starter
A people's person, with a natural curiosity and affinity for people
Qualifications:
