They are seeking a Senior Company Secretary to join their team in Dublin.
This role offers the opportunity to work within an innovative and dynamic environment, where you will be involved in many aspects of the Company Secretarial function.
What you'll do: As a Senior Company Secretary, your role will be pivotal in maintaining the smooth operation of our client's company secretarial function.
You will have a hands-on role managing statutory requirements, preparing necessary documentation, developing key relationships, and providing crucial support in areas of corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
Maintain the statutory registers of the Irish incorporated Group companies as required under Irish Company lawPrepare and file documents with the Companies Registration Office to comply with statutory requirementsManage the Company Secretarial activities of the Irish incorporated subsidiariesPrepare documentation to fulfil varied information requests (e.g.
Know Your Client, auditors, executives)Develop strong relationships within the Group and also with third party service providersCompany Secretarial support in the areas of US/UK corporate governance and regulatory complianceProxy Statement and 10-K, and the "Irish" Annual ReportMaintain Group organisational chartsAssist with preparation for the AGM and payment of quarterly dividendWhat you bring: The ideal candidate for this Senior Company Secretarial Assistant position brings a high level of attention to detail, personal accountability, initiative, innovation, creativity, discretion, analytical ability, commercial awareness, and an excellent understanding of corporate governance.
