Job Title: HR & Employment Law Adviser - Sales Support

About the Role
This is a permanent position that requires you to work closely with our Business Development Managers to provide legally compliant HR advice and solutions to prospective clients during sales meetings.
* You will advise on all aspects of HR and Employment Law to support the business needs of individual prospects.
* Highlight commercial options that can benefit them once they become a client.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
* Participate in sales meetings via video or telephone and provide HR advice as needed.
* Maintain the most up-to-date knowledge of HR and Employment Law best practice.
* Develop positive working relationships with Business Development Managers and Sales Consultants.
* Log advice accurately onto our internal system and review client documentation.
