About the role: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our team on a part-time (3 days per week) basis. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to support key HR and recruitment processes, working closely with both teams to ensure smooth operations.

ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate the induction process for new hires and ensure smooth offboarding for leavers.Payroll & Benefits Administration: Prepare payroll inputs and support benefits administration.Compliance & Policies: Ensure HR policies and procedures align with Irish employment legislation and company values.HR Reporting and Data Analytics: Generate reports on HR metrics such as absenteeism, turnover, probation, and work visa renewal.General HR Support: Provide administrative assistance to the HR team and support ad hoc projects as required.Assist with employee engagement initiatives.Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.Support TA with sourcing candidates for open roles.QualificationsEducation and Experience: A third level qualification in HR or a relevant discipline is desirable.3+ years' experience in a similar role.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Previous experience in an HR and/or Talent Acquisition administrative role.Strong organizational skills and excellence in attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS/ATS systems (experience with Workday and iCIMS is a plus!
