Your Role
In this role, you'll oversee and control the business continuity management framework of CFCL, ensuring Clearstream's Funds segment is prepared for and can adequately respond to incidents.
You'll develop, implement, and maintain a business continuity management system (BCMS) processes and related governance framework, coordinate yearly Business Impact Analysis assessments, and review and advise on key projects and change processes.
You'll also develop, implement, and maintain an incident & crisis management process as interface to BCM, interact with other control functions such as Information Security and Outsourcing, and become a trusted business advisor for BCM topics.
You'll be responsible for coordinating with internal and external auditors during BCM related audits, preparing and presenting detailed reports on BCM and risk management activities to relevant committees and governance bodies, and staying informed about regulatory developments and best practices in BCM and risk management.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in business continuity management within the financial services sector;
* A university degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field;
* An in-depth understanding of Business Continuity Management practices and protocols, including relevant regulations;
* Knowledge in Incident & Crisis management process for complex organisations would be a plus;
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders;
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify problems and propose solutions;
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously;
* Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus.
