Office and Logistics Administrator We are looking for an experienced Office and Logistics Administrator to join our team.
This role is a permanent office-based position.
Reporting to the Financial Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high quality and efficient processing of orders, transportation and delivery as well as other office duties.
Role and Responsibilities include Placingorderswithsuppliers Coordinatingcollectionsanddeliveriesofproducts Ensureservicemeetsqualitystandards,andcompliancewithinGMP+andDAFM regulations Answerandrespondtocustomerqueriesredirectingwherenecessary Inventorymanagementandstockreconciliations Ad hoc duties as requested by management Skills & Experience required Previousexperiencein asimilar rolewould beanadvantage Teamplayerwithacan-do attitudewhoexcelsinabusyofficeenvironment Strongattentiontodetail andaccuracyindataentryandrecordkeeping Excellentcommunication,customerserviceandclientrelationsskills Abilitytoworkontheirown initiativeandtake ownership oftherole Proficiency in Microsoft Products essential: The successful candidate must demonstrateadvancedskillsinMicrosoftOfficeSuite,includingWord,Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Attractive remuneration package on offer for an individual who meets the above requirements.
