Senior Finance Manager - SME Company
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our team in West Limerick.
The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO and play a key role in the management team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee the preparation of monthly Management Accounts, Cashflow, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Banking transactions.
* Ensure Tax Compliance and manage the month-end process to prepare and circulate timely monthly management accounts.
* Lead the finance team and address any escalated queries or issues.
* Oversee the annual financial audit process.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar senior finance role.
* Proven people management experience and a qualified accountant with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams across an organisation.
* High proficiency in various accounting packages, particularly QuickBooks.
