Responsibilities:
1. Acts as a point of contact for the employees and managers in the business unit.
2. Support the delivery of HR Projects and Processes.
3. Develop and update human resource policies and procedures.
4. Ensure compliance with relevant statutory legislation.
5. Participate in a broad range of projects.
6. Support in the recruitment and selection process.
7. Partner with line managers to drive employee engagement and management through coaching, influencing and sharing of knowledge.
Qualifications & Experience
8. A third level qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent.
9. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR.
10. Commitment to delivering high standards.
