Key Responsibilities:

* Support the implementation of financial projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

* Assist project owners with finance-related aspects of projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

* Administer, record, and monitor grant applications and payments, as well as funding scheme payments.

* Code and record financial transactions and activities in Sage accounting software.

* Provide controls for inputting information in Sage, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

* Support the preparation of financial statements and reports, maintaining an up-to-date asset register.

* Act as a contact point for financial queries, providing timely and professional responses.

* Perform duties instructed by the Finance Officer or PPLI Director, including purchasing goods and services and upskilling in relevant areas.

* Undertake any other duties assigned by management.
