Commercial Administrator
We are working with a client, an Employer based outside Letterkenny, who currently has a vacancy for a Commercial Administrator to join the Admin Team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Support key account managers in their day-to-day activities.
* Email administration.
* Telephone calls.
* Diary management.
* Flights/travel/accommodation arrangements.
* Expenses admin.
* Sample preparation.
* Completion of customer documentations (price files, tenders, technical documentation).
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
* Attend internal meetings, take minutes and share them.
* Completion of reports and presentations.
* SUPPORT CUSTOMER/EXTERNAL VISITS ARRANGEMENTS (refreshments, PPE clothing for factory visits).
* Prepare/issue marketing material.
* Update company social media.
* Other duties as requested.
Requirements:
* Substantial experience as a Commercial Administrator, Contracts Administrator or similar role within manufacturing industry.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office suite).
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
